From Skagway in the north - all the way south to Ketchikan, this map covers over 6,000 miles of Alaska’s shorelines. Each red dot on the map represents an area to explore. With almost 200 locations, and 15-20 images at each, that is over 3,000 images alone.
This was a four year project starting each April and going through September. On the DVD there are images of eagles, bears, whales, porcupines, moose, scenics, landscapes, wild flowers, water falls, small towns or quaint communities, as well as ruins along the way.
Take a look in the image gallery for examples.
After poking one’s way down the coastline, stopping around every 35 nautical miles to shoot photos, one’s bound to have some pretty incredible images. Hope you enjoy these.
